FAQ's
  • How do I become a member?

    Becoming a member at Peak is easy. Stop in between the hours of 7am and 10pm, take a tour and say I’m ready to get started! We have many membership options to choose from that will fit your needs.
  • Do I have to sign a contract to join Peak?

    Peak memberships require no long-term contracts and no hidden fees. Our memberships are straightforward and hassle free.
  • Can I bring guests to Peak?

    We encourage our members to bring guests. What better way to introduce your friends and family to Peak. Members are allowed 5 guests per membership for a minimal cost between the hours of 5 am – 10 pm.
  • Is my membership good at both Peak locations?

    If you sign up as a Platinum member, you have access to both Peak Fitness and Peak Sports Club. Peak Fitness regular memberships have access to only Peak Fitness. Peak Sports Club members automatically have access to both facilities.
  • Are group fitness classes included with my membership?

    The majority of group fitness classes including Body Pump, Spinning, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Aqua Fitness and Step classes are included with your membership at no extra charge. Some specialty classes do require an extra fee.
  • Will somebody be available to show me what to do?

    All members receive one Polar Fitness evaluation and equipment orientation. This is very helpful in establishing a baseline to compare as your fitness level improves. A certified personal trainer will perform the evaluation and show you how to use the various strength training and cardiovascular machines. To make your appointment, see the front desk for the sign-up sheet for available times.
  • Can I participate in programs as a non-member?

    Peak Sports Club has programming including Tae Kwon Do, Pilates , Swim Lessons and Running Crew that are available to nonmembers. Check our activities for more details on availability.
  • Can I freeze my membership?

    Peak members can freeze their membership at no charge for medical reasons and pregnancy with a doctor’s notice. For personal reasons, a membership may be frozen for $20 per month for a maximum of 6 months.
  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled at anytime with 14 days prior notice to next draft date. Simply stop-in to sign a cancellation form. If you have moved and are unable to stop-in to Peak, then a written letter mailed to Peak Fitness or Peak Sports Club will suffice. You may also email your cancellation request to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) - be sure to include your name, address and phone number. Cancellations are not permitted over the phone.
