Our instructors will teach you to move with attitude through this class - all you need is basic rhythm and coordination and a love of dance. BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. It is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everyone who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds, compelling choreography and awesome instructors keep you going through each workout. You'll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.

BODYATTACK™ is a simple, high-intensity group exercise-to-music class that’s fully optioned to cater for all fitness levels. You’ll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises.

BODYVIVE™ is the new group exercise-to-music program from Les Mills. It’s a low impact class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work. Like the other LES MILLS™ programs, BODYVIVE™ incorporates multiple tracks of inspiring music. Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand weights you’re talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor.

BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi.
