It’s a low impact class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work. Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand weights you’re talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor.
