  • Pre-requisite: Intro to Pilates Equipment and/or privates with teacher approval

MVe Chair & Arc Barrel Class

  • 1 Teacher: 4 - 7 Students
  • MVe Chair & Arc Barrel equipment
  • Intense Core Strengthening
  • Learning to advance levels on Arc Barrels and MVe chairs in a small class format
  • Great for all fitness levels
  • Pre-requisite: Intro to Pilates Equipment and/or privates with teacher approval

Pilates Essentials - Equipment Class

  • 1 Teacher: 5 Students
  • Foundational exercises performed on Pilates mat with introduction to arcs, MVe chair, rings & rollers
  • Pilates foundational principles introduced with use of rings, rollers, Arc Barrels and MVe chairs
  • Great for starters or anyone wanting to deepen their Pilates practice!

8 sessions, twice per week for 4 weeks

Yoga I & Yoga II

  • 1 Teacher: 6-8 Students
  • Access to props and accessories
Yoga I:
  • Great for beginners. No experience necessary, 55 minute sessions
Yoga II:
  • Intense conditioning for experienced students, 90 minute sessions
