This is a unique opportunity to work one on one with a certified Pilates instructor who will tailor a program specific to your individual needs. Enjoy working on the Reformer, Cadillac, Split-pedal chair, Ladder barrel and incorporating props such as the Magic Circle, bands and stability balls.
This workout incorporates both Reformer and Tower exercises. Participants will advance together toward use of various apparatus such as the spit-pedal chair, ladder barrel and props (i.e. Magic circle, balls and bands). Put 2 or 3 people in a group and share the cost of personal training. 7 week sessions, once or twice per week. *pre-requisite – familiarity with Pilates mat work
