The PSX Training Center is now OPEN at Peak Sports Club located at 4401 Peak Drive, Loves Park facility! PSX Training includes:

  • Functional movements that will improve your overall performance.
  • High intensity workouts to increase your lean muscle and burn body fat.
  • Mobility and stretching exercises to improve flexibility and relieve muscle tightness.
  • Working out in a small group improves accountability and increases intensity.
  • Time efficient workouts that minimize workout time and maximize results.

Monthly Unlimited$99/month and includes Les Mills GRIT classes (Best Value!)
Monthly Unlimited add-on$80 (for each additional family member)


Non-Member Rates:

*Unlimited consists of up to 1 training session per day. Requires Peak Sports Club Membership.
